Jerry MallotJerry Mallot

As executive director of the Cornerstone economic development program and executive vice president of the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce, Jerry manages all areas of business recruitment, trade development, existing business and research. Jerry is a leader in state economic development. In his spare time, Jerry loves to play golf, ride his motorcycle, spend time at the beach, visit regional attractions and keep in shape.

John HaleyJohn Haley

John serves as vice president for business recruitment for the Cornerstone division of the Chamber. He has served as president of the Florida Economic Development Council and has been honored as that organization’s Economic Development Professional of the Year. John is an experienced scuba diver and also enjoys sailing and woodworking.

Cathy ChambersCathy Chambers

Cathy is senior director of business recruitment for the Cornerstone Regional Development Partnership, where she is focused on recruiting high-wage jobs and private capital investment to Northeast Florida. Cathy has 10 years of experience working for chambers of commerce, regional economic development organizations and city governments. Cathy enjoys spending time with her husband, Eric, and her two sons, Luke and Nathan. Her hobbies include boating along the St. Johns River, reading and traveling.

Melanie MooreMelanie Moore

As director of research and economic development management systems administrator, Melanie provides statistics, data and research for Cornerstone projects. An arts and culture enthusiast, Melanie enjoys theatre, photography and travel. Melanie also enjoys spending time with her husband, Frank, and her three-year-old daughter, Mackenzie.

Michael BreenMichael Breen


Michael is the director of the International Department. Most recently, Mike served as president for The Breen Consortium International, an international management consulting firm based in the Netherlands which provided sustainable economic development and workforce accessibility consulting for multinational clients throughout Europe. Mike is active in a variety of professional organizations and a frequent seminar speaker. He is fluent in Dutch and French and speaks basic German, Serbo-Croatian, Latvian and Russian. Mike’s hobbies include antiquing, travel and reading.

Broderick Green

Broderick joined Cornerstone in 2008 from New Orleans, LA where he was directly involved in Hurricane Katrina recovery efforts as Deputy Chief of Staff for Councilmember Arnie Fielkow. As part of the Business Recruitment team, he works to create the optimal environment for long-term economic growth in Northeast Florida. An avid sports, music, and "foodie", Broderick enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife Alva.
